Rethinking Human Resources in a Changing World

LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor have all had a significant impact on the ability of an employer to discover and attract quality employees. These insights have also translated for employers into a huge saving of time, productivity improvements and better employment outcomes.

But it is the management and onboarding of new employees where HR has needed to become not only more efficient, but also more effective to ensure the retention of talent, be it in white, blue or pink collar workforces.
