Roubler is seeking a new team member! As Strategic Partnership Manager you will work closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong key relationships with Roubler Partners.  

Roubler, founded by BRW Fast 100 Entrepreneur Andrew Northcott, is a new and exciting technology business offering a seamless end to end HR & Workforce Management software platform across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Having recently launched in the Australian market, Roubler is looking to recruit a Strategic Partnership Manager to grow Roubler’s Partnership Program across Australia.
The Strategic Partnership Manager will become a key role within Roubler’s organisational structure and will be central to the strategic growth of Roubler’s Partnership Program.  
 
Anticipated Responsibilities will be;
 

  • Establishing new partnerships with Accounting and Professional Services Firms throughout Australia.
  • Management of key relationships and development of strategic partnership opportunities
  • Pipeline and Customer Relationship Management & Development
  • Process & Systems Improvement
  • Partnership Support and Issue Management
  • Contribution to Innovation and Software Development Strategy
  • Engagement with Roubler’s team culture and business direction.

 
The successful applicant will have;
 

  • Experience within the Professional Services Sector
  • An ability to develop and maintain strategic key relationships
  • A track record and proven success in sales and / or relationship management
  • A good understanding of HR, Workforce Management and Payroll Services
  • A team based work ethic with ability to liaise with many different stakeholders
  • An ability to communicate effectively on a number of levels and via a number of mediums
